Don't be afraid of the cottage cheese-you can't even taste it. Give it a try- It's really yummy!
Ingredients
- 2 apples shopping list
- 2 bananas shopping list
- 6 carrots shopping list
- 1/4 grapefruit shopping list
- 1 cup Plain or vanilla yogurt (low-fat or reg.) shopping list
- 1 cup cottage cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Wash Fruit/Veg.
- Shred and Blend according to desired texture
- Enjoy!
