Supreme Burrito

- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 16 ounce can refried beans shopping list
- 8 large flour tortillas shopping list
- 1/2 cup enchilada sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups shredded lettuce shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 medium tomato diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion shopping list
How to make it
- Combine beef with flour, chili powder, salt, onion, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Use your hands to thoroughly mix ingredients well.
- Add seasoned beef mixture to water in a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix well with wooden spoon and break up meat as it cooks.
- Heat 5 minutes or until browned.
- Heat up beans in a covered container in microwave set on high for 2 minutes.
- Place tortillas on a plate and cover with plastic wrap then heat 45 seconds in microwave on high.
- Build each burrito by first spreading 1/4 cup refried beans on center of a heated flour tortilla.
- Spread 1/8 of meat mixture over beans then pour a tablespoon enchilada sauce over meat.
- Stir sour cream well then spread 1-1/2 tablespoons onto burrito.
- Arrange some of the lettuce, cheese, tomato and onion onto tortilla.
- Fold end of tortilla closest to you over filling ingredients.
- Fold either left or right end over next then fold top edge over filling.
- You will be leaving one end of the burrito open and unfolded.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
