How to make it

  • Lay tortilla out on a plate and spread salsa in the center
  • Tear cheez slice in half and place on salsa (so when you put the egg on it melts a little)
  • Scramble eggs, then before completely solid reform into a long rectangular shape.
  • Brown on one side, then flip and brown the other to maintain shape
  • Place egg on top of cheese
  • Top with Lettuce
  • Wrap it all up in some sort of burrito, tubular shaped thing
  • Enjoy and watch out for drips!!
  • Can also work with half a brick o fmashed tofu, salt, pepper and cayenne instead of eggs.
