this is a simple marinade that if paired with good pork or beef ribs and the right spices and sauces while cooking it will turn ordinary ribs in to spicy fun great tasting ribs

Ingredients
  • 1qt of beer
  • 2cups of brown sugar
  • 1cup of cider vinigar
  • 1T of chili powder
  • 1t of dry musterd
  • 2t of chilli flakes

Directions
  1. Combine all marinade in a sauce pan and bring to a boil
  2. Let marinade cool and add to your ribs in your prefered marinating method
  3. Let marinade for 8 - 12 hour
