These are very moist. The yogurt really helps keep these delights fresh and moist. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 pack family size fudge brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In large bowl mix egg white, vanilla and yogurt.
  3. Stir in brownie mix and stir until just blended.
  4. Mixture will be very thick.
  5. Spray rectangular pan with nonstick cooking spray and spread mixture in pan.
  6. Bake for 22 minutes.
  7. Let cook at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

I was looking at step 7. do you let them set 2 hours or cook??? I think I would like to try these.
