Bills Simple Macaroni Salad But Simply Delicious

- 1 (16 ounce) package macaroni shopping list
- 8 ea hard boiled eggs, chopped; or more or none shopping list
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped; optional shopping list
- 1 bunch chopped green onions shopping list
- 1 ea onion, medium; diced shopping list
- 5 stalk celery, diced (optional); or more shopping list
- 1 ea parsley, 1/4 bunch; cut finely shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 4 tbsp vinegar shopping list
- 1 packet dry vegetable soup mix or more; onion soup optional shopping list
- shrimp for decoration with paprika shopping list
- 1/4 cup relish shopping list
- 4 ea parsley stems with leaves shopping list
- 1/2 cup pickle juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp. mustard djion type wet shopping list
- 1 tablespoon celery salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon poatato salad seasoning salt shopping list
How to make it
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil with uncooked eggs in it. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain, and rinse with cold water until no longer hot. Transfer noodles to a large bowl.
- Cool, peel and chop eggs and mix in chopped eggs with noodles.
- Stir in red bell peppers, green bell peppers, green onions, onion, celery and olive oil. Mix in mayonnaise, vinegar and soup mix and rest of ingredients except shrimp and eggs. Refrigerate at least a few hours before serving. I wait overnight and add more buttermilk if dry.
- Before decorating, check to see if pasta has absorbed all the liquid and add more buttermilk, if necessary, Decorate with shrimp and paprika or Old Bay before serving.

I like your recipe for the 'Macaroni Salad'
and especially the use of a 'soup mix' for part of the ...moremjcmcook in Beach City loved it
