This is my aunt's recipe, that I first had when I was twelve. A couple years ago she finally gave it to my mom. Whenever I have friends coming home with me this is what we all request. It is perfect for large groups, not to mention delicious!

Ingredients
  • 7 oz spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 4 oz pepperoni
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook pasta and drain.
  3. Mix pasta with margarine and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cook pepperoni in a pan with oil till brown and drain.
  5. Brown ground beef/Italian sausage and drain.
  6. Brown onions.
  7. Mix onions, ground meat, and spaghetti sauce together.
  8. Simmer sauce for 20 minutes.
  9. Spray 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  10. Layer pasta, pepperoni, sauce, and cheese, in that order.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly on top.
