Sausage and Herb Stuffing

- 3/4 lb turkey sausage (can also use pork breakfast sausage) shopping list
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1/4 c. chopped red onion shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 c. coarsely chopped cauliflower shopping list
- 1/2 c. diced yellow squash shopping list
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan shopping list
- 1 T. chopped parsley leaves shopping list
- 3 T. chopped fresh sage leaves shopping list
- 3 T. chopped fresh thyme leaves shopping list
- 1 T. minced garlic shopping list
- 1/8 t. salt shopping list
- 1/8 t. fresh ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove sausage from casing and crumble into a pan over medium heat.
- Add teh celery and noin and cook, stirring, until browned.
- Drain fat if necessary.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Using a spoon, mix in the sausage mixture and all the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the stuffing into a 8 inch baking dish.
- Bake until hot and browned, about 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately
