How to make it

  • Mix flour and milk over a sauce pan on medium heat
  • stir constantly until very thick don't stop stirring
  • then put in a bowl to the side and let cool for an hour
  • after it has cooled in a mixing bowl combine your flour mixture ,margarine ,vanilla ,dash of salt , shortening ,and sugar mix on high until frosting is very fluffy and no lumps
