How to make it

  • Wash the broccoli & chop into bite size spears
  • Rinse chickpeas, drain tuna
  • Rinse tomatoes, chop in half
  • Slice red onion into small bits
  • Mix all ingredients together & then mix in olive oil & lemon juice to coat salad.
  • Add salt/pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy.
