Tuna New Orleans 1960s clipping

- 1 small tomato, cut in quarters shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 6 ounce can mushrooms shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 9 ounces canned tuna shopping list
- Hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Saute the tomato pieces, green pepper, mushrooms and onion in the butter for 5 minutes.
- Add cream of celery soup and heat for 5 minutes.
- Add tuna and heat for 2 more minutes.
- Serve over hot rice.
- Garnish with the tomato pieces or additional tomato.
