How to make it

  • Marinate chicken in beer an hour or so or even overnight ( I used over night )
  • When ready to grill, drain beer from chciken and let chicken stand out about 1 hour to warm up a bit ( you don't want to grill ice cold chicken ).
  • Salt and pepper chicken parts to taste
  • Mix all barbecue sauce ingredients.
  • Grill chicken parts on hot grill .
  • Coat grill grates with cooking spray .
  • I used medium heat, turning chicken every 10 minutes and basting also every 10 minutes with sauce until tender and fully cooked, about one hour.
  • Frequent turning and basting prevents burnt chicken and adds a great flavor given by the sauce
