Ingredients

1/2lb small pasta (Stars, Orzo, Acini de Pepe

1TBS Olive Oil

2TBS butter

4 cloves Garlic

1/4tsp Crushed Red Pepper

1/2cup olives (your choice-Black, Kalamata, Green) coarsely chopped

Directions

Cook pasta al dente. Drain and put in bowl.

Meanwhile. Heat oil and butter in saute pan. Saute Garlic and crushed re pepper a couple minutes. Add olives then toss into pasta

I dislike cold pasta salads. The ones with Italian salad dressing and basil etc. This is completely different and I would make it in a flash and I will. I saved it and I love it. The ingredients are perfect and I love Orzo! Thanks, Sas
