How to make it

  • Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rosemary, and hot water together and whisk till brown sugar disinagrates into the liquid
  • Add salmon to marinade over night.
  • (note: use only enough brine to just cover the salmon and save the rest for another time.)

    I made this tonight for dinner. I loved it! I had it in the brine for nearly 24 hours. I loved the taste that it gave the salmon and it turned a very pretty golden brown when I broiled it. I took a couple of pictures that I will post, if that is all right with you. :)
