Ingredients
  • 8 slices day old french bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4cup cream
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
  1. Wisk eggs together with milk, Baileys, and cinnamon
  2. dip bread into mixture
  3. fry on lightly oiled skillet until brown
  4. serve with maple syrup
