Asian Pudding With Fruit

- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1-1/4 cup cold water shopping list
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon almond extract shopping list
- 15 ounce can mandarin orange segments drained shopping list
- 15 ounce can pineapple tidbits drained shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl combine 2 tablespoons water and gelatin then allow to stand 1 minute to soften.
- In a small saucepan combine sugar, 1-1/4 cups water, milk and softened gelatin.
- Cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture boils.
- Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.
- Pour mixture into square baking dish then refrigerate 2 hours.
- To serve cut pudding into 16 squares then spoon orange segments and pineapple into 8 bowls.
- Top each with two pudding squares then serve.
