How to make it

  • In small bowl combine 2 tablespoons water and gelatin then allow to stand 1 minute to soften.
  • In a small saucepan combine sugar, 1-1/4 cups water, milk and softened gelatin.
  • Cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture boils.
  • Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.
  • Pour mixture into square baking dish then refrigerate 2 hours.
  • To serve cut pudding into 16 squares then spoon orange segments and pineapple into 8 bowls.
  • Top each with two pudding squares then serve.
