Peppered Pork Chop Casserole

- 6 pork chops shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 medium green peppers cut into 1/4" rings shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked regular rice shopping list
- 16 ounce can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and arrange in a lightly greased rectangular baking dish.
- Top each pork chop with one green pepper ring then spoon rice into and around rings.
- Chop remaining green pepper rings then stir in remaining ingredients and pour mixture over rice.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
