Parmesan Vinaigrette Recipe
Very nice and light vinagrette great for a salad or poured over vegetables. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons snipped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Directions
  1. In a screw top jar combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and shake well then store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
  3. Shake well before serving.
