Sweet And Sour Barbeque Ribs Recipe
Another delight from my neighbor who is a fantastic grill master. This is his version of pork ribs and let me tell you something, it is fabulous. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups catsup
  • 3/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hickory flavored salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 pounds pork loin back ribs

Directions
  1. In large bowl combine catsup, vinegar, sugar, curry, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Cover and allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. In a grill with a cover arrange hot coals around a drip pan.
  4. Test for medium heat above pan then place ribs fat side up on grill over pan but not over coals.
  5. Cover and grill 2 hours basting generously with sauce the last 15 minutes of cooking.
