Ingredients
  • Recipe 1
  • 20g. glucose or sucrose (ordinary sugar)
  • 1 liter warm water
  • Pinch of salt (approx. 1 gram)
  • Dissolve the sugar and salt in the water, allowing to cool, and keep chilled in the fridge in a large bottle.
  • Recipe 2
  • 250 ml. unsweetened fruit juice (e.g. orange, pineapple or apple juice)
  • 750 ml. water
  • Pinch of salt (approx. 1 gram)
  • Mix all the ingredients together and keep chilled.
  • Recipe 3
  • 100 ml. orange squash
  • 1 liter water
  • Pinch of salt (approx. 1 gram)
  • Mix all the ingredients together and keep chilled.

Directions
  1. Note: you could add other stuff that help’s such as ginseng, protein, whey. These can be found at most health food stores.
  2. You can also find vitamins in powder form.
