How to make it

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan until shimmery.
  • Brown the beef.
  • Add onions and carrots stir a few minutes.
  • Add the rest of the veggies and stir-fry a few minutes more.
  • Add the tomatoes and paste, soup cube, about 1 tsp. Mrs Dash and salt to taste.
  • Lower heat, cover and simmer for about another 10 minutes.
  • Serve in deep bowls with warm crusty sourdough bread.
