How to make it

  • Heat oven 375. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in zip lock bag and pour sauce over them. Marinate 1 hr. Place on ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake uncovered 45-55 minutes, turning once and brushing with sauce after 30 minutes, until juice of chicken is no longer pink. Serve with blue cheese if desired.
