Chicken Mushroom

- 500 g chicken breast fillet cut into strips shopping list
- 1 400 g can of sliced button mushroom shopping list
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom shopping list
- evaporated milk, the same amount the cream of mushroom shopping list
- 3 large clubs of garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium red onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 chips of ginger (each one about as wide as a bottle cap) shopping list
- 1/4 green bell pepper cut in strips shopping list
- 3 table spoons cooking oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Saute garlic in medium heat till golden brown
- Add Onion and saute until caramelized
- Add Ginger and Bell Pepper and saute for half a minute
- Put in chicken and saute until chicken is cooked.
- Add mushroom slices and saute for half a minute
- Add Cream of Mushroom and Evaporated milk.
- Mix until consistency is even.
- Sprinkle Salt and Pepper as desired.
- Simmer until soup thickens, about 20 minutes
- * For creamier taste, add more milk as desired.
- * You can also add potato slices to add more body to the dish
