Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Alfredo

- 2 (16 oz) cans evaporated skim milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes shopping list
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1 cup coarsely chopped cooked chicken shopping list
- 8-10 oz fettucine shopping list
- 3 tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Warm milk on stove on medium heat
- Add tomatoes, 3/4 cup cheese, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and oregano
- Bring to boiling, stirring constantly until thick
- Reduce heat and stir in chicken, simmer 10 minutes
- Cook pasta as directed and drain
- Pour sauce over pasta
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and basil

I'm a huge fan of sundried tomatoes. Can't get enough of them! Pairing them with Alfredo is a stroke of genius! I've never made Alfredo with evaporated milk either, interesting.
