How to make it

  • Warm milk on stove on medium heat
  • Add tomatoes, 3/4 cup cheese, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and oregano
  • Bring to boiling, stirring constantly until thick
  • Reduce heat and stir in chicken, simmer 10 minutes
  • Cook pasta as directed and drain
  • Pour sauce over pasta
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese and basil

    I'm a huge fan of sundried tomatoes. Can't get enough of them! Pairing them with Alfredo is a stroke of genius! I've never made Alfredo with evaporated milk either, interesting.
