Chicken Club Salad

I made this salad one night when we had tons of veggies to use up. It makes a great meal and provides enough leftovers for lunch!
Ingredients
- 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed shopping list
- 3 Lg eggs, hard boiled and sliced shopping list
- 6 Slices of bacon, cooked and diced shopping list
- 1 head of Iceburg lettuce, chopped shopping list
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 2 cucumbers, sliced shopping list
- 3 bell peppers, Green, Yellow, & Red, chopped up shopping list
- 1 lg can Sliced black olives shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, toss and serve with the dressing of your choice.
- I used Bountifuls Hearty Italian. He used Ranch. It was yummy either way!!
