Chicken and Cashew Bake

- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 cup celery sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup white onion chopped shopping list
- 3 cups cooked chicken cubed shopping list
- 1/2 cup cashews chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 10-3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups frozen peas shopping list
- 2 ounces sliced pimentos drained shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles shopping list
- 1/4 cup cashews coarsely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350.
- Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat then add celery and onion and cook 3 minutes.
- Stir in all remaining casserole ingredients then pour into ungreased casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes then sprinkle combined topping ingredients over top.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until topping is warm then serve immediately.
