this is a delicious recipe for caramel corn, its goes fast at holidays or anytime and it good at anytime of the day,

Ingredients
  • 8qts. popped corn
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 2 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c white syrup
  • 1/2tsp. soda
  • pinch of tartar
  • dash of salt

Directions
  1. pop corn, and keep it warm in the oven.
  2. boil ingredients : sticks of butter. Brown Sugar, white syrup, & salt.
  3. keep at a rolling boil for 5 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and add the soda and tartar
  5. Pour mixture over the pop corn and toss well.
  6. Spread in a pan and bake at 250* for 1 hour
  7. stir every 15 minutes
  8. eat and enjoy , right out of the oven or let cool off. : )
