- deboned wild flyin geese or goose...... shopping list
- crannberry/ rassberry chutney shopping list
- shaved almonds shopping list
How to make it
- after your real charcoal has gone ashen gray
- set the deboned goose breasts and drummies on the grill atop some tin foil....
- cover with the chutney and stick on thick...close the foil around the meat to create a tent......grill 6 minutes
- ...flip the meat and add chutney to recover with tent closed up again......grill another 6 minutes
- take the meat off the tin foil and grill for another 4-6 minutes.....
- take the meat off the grill.......sprinkle with shaved splintered almonds and serve it hot......
