How to make it

  • after your real charcoal has gone ashen gray
  • set the deboned goose breasts and drummies on the grill atop some tin foil....
  • cover with the chutney and stick on thick...close the foil around the meat to create a tent......grill 6 minutes
  • ...flip the meat and add chutney to recover with tent closed up again......grill another 6 minutes
  • take the meat off the tin foil and grill for another 4-6 minutes.....
  • take the meat off the grill.......sprinkle with shaved splintered almonds and serve it hot......
