Ingredients
  • deboned wild flyin geese or goose......
  • crannberry/ rassberry chutney
  • shaved almonds

Directions
  1. after your real charcoal has gone ashen gray
  2. set the deboned goose breasts and drummies on the grill atop some tin foil....
  3. cover with the chutney and stick on thick...close the foil around the meat to create a tent......grill 6 minutes
  4. ...flip the meat and add chutney to recover with tent closed up again......grill another 6 minutes
  5. take the meat off the tin foil and grill for another 4-6 minutes.....
  6. take the meat off the grill.......sprinkle with shaved splintered almonds and serve it hot......
