Sesame Corn Saute Recipe
Makes 4 to 6 servings. I got this one from Katie Lee Joel's recipes.I tried it and we loved it!

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 ears fresh corn, kernels cut off cob, about 4 cups
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper, (more if you like)
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. On a baking sheet, spread out sesame seeds and bake until very lightly toasted, about 6 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and saute until lightly golden, about 30 sec.
  5. Add corn, salt and pepper, cook, stirring occasionally, until corn is just tender, about 6 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. In a large bowl, gently toss together corn, sesame and basil.
  8. Serve immediately.
