- 2 b. onions , sliced shopping list
- 1 tomato , sliced shopping list
- Pinch of tumeric pwd shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- 2 tbsp gin-gar paste shopping list
- 2 tsp chillypowder shopping list

- Green Paste : shopping list
- 2 tbsp corrainder - mint leaf , 2 cardamom , 2 cinnamon , 2 cloves , 2 star anise , 1 tbsp fennel seed , 5 green chilli - paste shopping list

- 2 1/2 C basmati rice , pre soaked and drained shopping list
- 1 M chicken(skin removed) shopping list

- Garnish : shopping list
- fresh mint and corriander leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Fry bay leaf , onions and tumeric pwd,chilli powder .
- Add tomatoes and fry until pulpy .
- Add the green paste and fry until raw smell disappears .
- Add the chicken.
- Once half done add the rice and mix well .
- Add 3 3/4 C water and salt to taste .
- Place in a rice cooker and cook .
- Garnish .
