Baked Salmon Loaf Recipe
This is a quick simple healthy meal that is ready in a half hour.

Ingredients
  • 1 can 15oz salmon
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions
  1. Drain and flake salmon.
  2. Add crumbs, wheat germ, green onion, parsley, salt, celery salt, pepper and egg.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spoon into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
