How to make it

  • Prep time does not include chill time
  • Saute onion in the oil and butter. till tender.
  • Stir in spices and cook 1 minute.
  • On low heat, stir in broth , peanut butter and pumpkin and stir to dissolve peanut butter.
  • Cool mixture 15 minutes.
  • Put half in a blender with 1 banana and 1/2 cup conut milk.
  • Blend smooth and repeat with other half.
  • Chill one hour or more.
  • Garnish soup with dollops of mango chutney to taste
