Ingredients
  • 25 kilos red sweet tomatoes about 13 pound
  • salt

Directions
  1. wash and chop the tomatoes into dices
  2. put them in a big large pot
  3. boil for 20 per kilo
  4. let cool down and save them in jars
  5. add a little bit of olive oil on top of the jar
  6. save in dark cold place
