Syrian Home made tomato jam

- 25 kilos red sweet tomatoes about 13 pound shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- wash and chop the tomatoes into dices
- put them in a big large pot
- boil for 20 per kilo
- let cool down and save them in jars
- add a little bit of olive oil on top of the jar
- save in dark cold place
