How to make it

  • wash and chop the tomatoes into dices
  • put them in a big large pot
  • boil for 20 per kilo
  • let cool down and save them in jars
  • add a little bit of olive oil on top of the jar
  • save in dark cold place

    Sounds like Tomato paste. When I read "Tomato Jam" I'm thinking something sweet with lots of sugar.
