Eggs and Corn

- Serves 1
easiest egg dish of the century... if you have any corn leftover, this is a nice recipe to get rid of it
Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- about 1/2 cup of corn kernels shopping list
- 1 Tbs butter (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- fry the egg until it is done, but not golden
- scramble the egg
- stir in the corn and the salt, mixing it for about 2-3 minutes
- pour into a dish and put the butter on and it will melt on top
- Enjoy!

Sounds so good! I love corn but never ate it this way. I have a box of fresh corn that I have to shuck today so I may have this one for lunch.
