Ingredients

1 egg

pinch of salt

about 1/2 cup of corn kernels

1 Tbs butter (optional)

Directions

fry the egg until it is done, but not golden

scramble the egg

stir in the corn and the salt, mixing it for about 2-3 minutes

pour into a dish and put the butter on and it will melt on top

Enjoy!
