How to make it

  • combine all ingredients except oil and cabbage, in large saucepan, bring to a boil.
  • remove from heat, add oil and refrigerate over nigth.
  • toss with cabbage 4 hours before serving, refrigerate and continue to toss every hour untill serving time.
  • drain in a colander and serve
