How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Toss the fruit with 3 tablespoons of honey and a few sprinkles of cinnamon and nutmeg and put in a 9”x9” inch glass baking dish.
  • Combine the fl our, sugar and salt. Cut in the softened butter with a fork until the mixture is the consistency of coarse sand. Pour over
  • the fruit and bake for about an hour.
  • It is hard to ruin this recipe but if the fruit is really ripe you may want to use a little tapioca flour to absorb some of the juices.
  • Serve warm with ice cream.
