Incredible Edible Fruit Salad

This is a very refreshing, very creamy, very pretty and very tasty fruit salad. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 16-1/2 ounce can pitted sweet cherries drained shopping list
- 2 large cans pineapple chunks in juice drained and 2 tablespoons juice reserved shopping list
- 3 oranges cut into small chunks shopping list
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows shopping list
- whipped cream Dressing: shopping list
- 2 large eggs beaten shopping list
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- For dressing in saucepan over medium heat combine all ingredients except whipping cream.
- Stir constantly just to boiling then cool.
- Beat whipping cream in chilled medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.
- Fold into egg mixture then gently stir in fruit and remaining ingredients in large glass bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
