Double Cheese Mushroom Burgers

- 2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 4 ounce can mushroom pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Combine beef, Worcestershire and seasonings then shape into 12 thin patties.
- Mix cream and blue cheese then top 6 patties with cheese mixture and spread almost to edge.
- Press mushrooms into cheese then cover each patty with one of the remaining patties.
- Seal edges firmly then broil or grill patties 4” from heat for 15 minutes turning once.
