How to make it

  • blend mustard and vinegar together in a double boiler
  • add eggs and whisk until smooth
  • stir in remaining ingredients
  • simmer for 5 minutes
  • cool and pour into a covered jar.
  • keep in the refrigerator
  • makes 1 cup
