Ingredients
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • about 7 cups of cooked rice
  • about 5 cups of any kinds of vegetables you like, chopped into small bits
  • any kind of meat, about 5 cups (optional), chopped into small bits
  • Olive oil

Directions
  1. Take a medium sized pan and put some olive oil in it
  2. Take your vegetables and place them in the pan, stirring them on medium heat for about 2 minutes
  3. Next, take the rice and scoop it a little at a time and crumble it in your hands before putting it in the pan
  4. Put in the meat as well. Stir until completely combined over low-medium heat
  5. Make a "clearing" in the rice and pour the egg in there
  6. When the egg is just beginning to cook, stir it into the rice, mixing it as you go
  7. When the egg is all cooked, the vegetables are brown, and the meat and rice are soft, take it off the stove and put into dishes
  8. Enjoy!!
