How to make it

  • Put cupcake liners in muffin tin (you will need a total of 18 cups or make in 2 batches).
  • Cream eggs, cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Pour into lines on top of wafers.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 375*.
  • When cool, top each with a spoonful of the cherry or blueberry pie filling.
