Frozen Lime Mousse Tart

- 1/2c soft butter shopping list
- 1/4c sugar shopping list
- 1c flour shopping list
- FILLING shopping list
- 2/3c lime juice shopping list
- 1/4c sugar shopping list
- 2tsp unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1 300ml can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2 drops green food coloring shopping list
- 1T grated lime rind shopping list
- 11/2c whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- Beat butter with sugar until fluffy, stir in flour in 3 additions. Press onto bottom and up sides of 9"(23cm) round tart pan. Prick with a fork and bake at 350F(180C) for 25 mins. or until lightly browned.
- Cool on rack.
- FILLING: In a saucepan mix lime juice and sugar. Sprinkle with gelatin, let stand 1min.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until gelatin and sugar dissolve.
- Whisk in condensed milk, coloring and rind; cover and refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Whip 1c of the cream and fold into lime mixture. Pour into prepared crust. Freeze for about 6 hours.
- Whip remaining cream and pipe over top.

Sounds really refreshing....I always wonder how to get tarts out of the pan easier....any suggestions would be appreciated.
