Baked on one pan for a puff type of dessert. serve with ice cream, or sprinkle powder sugar over the top

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs butter and more for the pan
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar plus 1 tsp more
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries ( or blueberries, cranberries etc. )

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Butter a 2 qt baking dish
  3. In bowl combine eggs and 1/3 cup sugar.
  4. Whisk in flour till lump free.
  5. Whisk in milk and melted butter.
  6. Pour into dish and scatter cherries over the top
  7. Sprinkle with remaining sugar
  8. Bake until puffed and golden
  9. Serve warm.
