Last Minute Company Cake

This is a light delicious cake that requires hardly any prep time. Convenience products make it quick. It's good for company and good at holidays.
Ingredients
- 1 pound cake (slightly frozen) sliced into 3 or 4 layers shopping list
- ricotta cheese shopping list
- strawberry jam (or other) shopping list
- shaved semi-sweet chocolate shopping list
- orange liquor shopping list
How to make it
- Alternate layers of pound cake with thin layers of ricotta cheese, jam, chocolate.
- Sprinkle on the liquore.
- Refrigerate overnight and before serving, frost with whipped cream.
- Garnish with a little shaved chocolate.
