How to make it

  • Prepare grill to medium high.
  • Combine sour cream, mustard and dill.
  • Transfer 3 tablespoons sauce to small bowl and reserve.
  • Add beef to remaining mixture and mix gently.
  • Divide mixture into 2 patties.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Grill to desired doneness.
  • Top each patty with reserved sauce then put on buns and add your favorite condiments.
