Ingredients

Dressing:

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 tsp salt and paprika

1/8 tsp. pepper

Salad:

1-2 bags Spring MIx (spinach leaves)

2 1/2 cups fresh sliced strawberries

1 cup cheddar /jack cheese, shredded

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Prepare the dressing and set aside until 5 minutes before serving time. Assembe the salad greens and toss with the dressing and serve and wait for the compliments to begin.
