How to make it

  • Pressure cook dhal , 1 tsp oil and garlic for 3 to 5 mins .
  • Mix it well . Add the rest of the ing and some water .
  • Check the salt and pressure cook again for 1 to 2 mins .
  • Add the Spice Powder .
  • Now temper and mix well .
  • Serve with steamed rice along with crackers and pickles .
  • ( I love it with fried fish / spicy meat gravy / omlette )
