Ingredients
  • 1Tbs soy sauce
  • 1Tbs dry sherry
  • 1tsp cornstarch
  • 1tsp grated ginger
  • 1lb. flank steak,thin sliced
  • 2Tbs veg. oil
  • 2 scallions,cut into 1/4"diagonal slices
  • 1lb. asparagus-cut diagonally into 1/4" slices
  • 3Tbs hoisin dauce
  • 1/2c roasted peanuts

Directions
  1. Combine soy sauce,dry sherry,cornstarch and grated ginger. Add the beef and marinate 20-30 mins. Heat oil in wok or saute pan and stir fry scallions for 1-2 mins. Push aside. Stir fry the the asparagus 2-3 mins. Push aside. Stir fry the beef 3-4 mins until done. Return vegetables to beef. Stir in hoisin sauce and peanuts and serve at once.
