Beef with Asparagus and Hoisin Sauce

- 1Tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 1Tbs dry sherry shopping list
- 1tsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1tsp grated ginger shopping list
- 1lb. flank steak,thin sliced shopping list
- 2Tbs veg. oil shopping list
- 2 scallions,cut into 1/4"diagonal slices shopping list
- 1lb. asparagus-cut diagonally into 1/4" slices shopping list
- 3Tbs hoisin dauce shopping list
- 1/2c roasted peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- Combine soy sauce,dry sherry,cornstarch and grated ginger. Add the beef and marinate 20-30 mins. Heat oil in wok or saute pan and stir fry scallions for 1-2 mins. Push aside. Stir fry the the asparagus 2-3 mins. Push aside. Stir fry the beef 3-4 mins until done. Return vegetables to beef. Stir in hoisin sauce and peanuts and serve at once.
