This is a recipe I got from the In-Laws (once again) It is just a basic broccoli - cheese casserole dish that everyone loves!!

Ingredients
  • 1 Box Broccoli (thawed)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups instant rice
  • 8 oz. Cheeze Whiz
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and bake in a pre-heated 350* oven for about 35 minutes.

We like to drain a 4 oz can of mushrooms and chop about 1/2 to 1 small onion (to taste) and add it to this...yum!
