Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

	Susakins / All my dishes 1 year, 3 months ago This is a delicious beef and vegetable soup / stew recipe. We always serve "fresh out of the oven" cornbread with this. I really do not like tomatoes but I love this recipe! Prep:15m Cook:480m Servings:6	Susakins

Ingredients

2 Lbs. stew meat

1 can beef broth

1 can water

1 can stewed tomatoes (or diced)

1 29 oz. can tomato sauce

1 can corn; drained

1 can peas; drained

garlic salt, pepper, season salt to taste.

Directions

Brown stew meat in a skillet with 1 Tbs. oil adding garlic salt and pepper. You can dredge in flour if you want (doesn't matter)

Add the rest of the ingredients except for peas and cook on Low in a crock pot for 8 hours.

One hour before it's done - add peas to heat through.

I use about 1 Tbs. each of garlic salt, pepper and season salt.
